The 180-Day Cookie Window
Veterans do not make impulse decisions about their VA claims. They research, compare, and plan. While most affiliate programs offer 30-day cookies, VABN provides a 180-day attribution window. If a veteran clicks your link and enrolls five months later, you still get paid. We respect the traffic you generate.

The VABN Partner Program is built to reward performance. Every approved partner starts at the Standard tier and advances as their cumulative referral volume grows, there are no applications required to move up. Tier advancement is based on total lifetime sales or total referred revenue generated since joining. Once you reach a tier, you hold it as long as you maintain a modest quarterly activity floor. Here is how each tier works and what you unlock at every level.
Tier 1
Standard Partner

Once your application is approved, you receive immediate access to your partner dashboard, your unique tracking links, and our full marketing swipe file. Standard Partners earn 20% commission on one-time course sales, 15% on VA Claims University enrollments, and 20% lifetime recurring commission on every software subscription you refer. There are no minimums to maintain and no time pressure, Standard status is held indefinitely regardless of activity level. This tier is designed to give every partner everything they need to start promoting with confidence from day one.
Tier 2
Pro Partner
- Unlocked at 10 cumulative sales or $5,000 in total referred revenue since joining.
- Maintenance floor: $500 in referred revenue per quarter (or 2 sales).
- Elite Partners earn up to $624 per sale.
As your cumulative referral volume grows, you automatically advance to Pro Partner status. At this tier, your commission rates increase across the board 30% on courses, 20% on VA Claims University enrollments, and 25% lifetime recurring on software subscriptions. Pro Partners also gain access to priority support and early access to new product launches and promotional campaigns before they go public. To maintain Pro status, partners must generate at least $500 in referred revenue per quarter, a threshold that a single annual software referral comfortably clears. If a partner falls below the floor for one quarter, a one-quarter grace period applies before any tier review is initiated.
Tier 3
Elite Partner
- Unlocked at 30 cumulative sales or $20,000 in total referred revenue since joining.
- Also available by direct invitation for high-traffic companies and organizations.
- Maintenance floor: $5,000 in referred revenue per quarter (or 8 sales).
Elite Partners represent the top tier of the VABN partner ecosystem. At this level, you earn the highest available commission rates 40% on courses, 25% on VA Claims University enrollments, and 30% lifetime recurring on software subscriptions. Beyond the commission structure, Elite Partners receive a custom co-branded landing page built specifically for their audience, a dedicated partner manager for direct communication and campaign support, and priority placement in VABN partner communications. The Elite maintenance floor is set at $5,000 in referred revenue per quarter equivalent to two University Tier 3 enrollments or a growing base of active software subscribers. As with Pro status, a one-quarter grace period applies before any tier review is initiated if a partner falls below the floor. This tier is designed for companies, veteran media outlets, VSO chapters, podcasters, and influencers with established audiences who are ready to build a meaningful, long-term revenue stream around VABN.
